The project inquiry form is designed to collect your name, organization, email address, project sector, and project description. You may also choose to provide a phone number, project location, requested service, and project stage.

Current form status

The website’s online inquiry form is not currently connected to a submission provider. Completing the form does not transmit or store its contents. Visitors may contact DG Goddard directly by email or telephone instead.

How inquiry information will be used

Once secure submission is activated, information submitted through the form will be used to review the inquiry, understand the requested technical support, communicate about project scope, and maintain appropriate business records.

Service providers and retention

No online form-processing provider is currently in use. Hosting, data location, security controls, and retention requirements must be confirmed, and this policy updated, before online submissions are activated.
